Join the Farm Safari
During your stay, you can hop on our special train from the Dorpsstraat and start your adventure. The journey to your destination is an experience in itself! You decide where the journey takes you. Prior to your stay, book the Farm Safari for only 10 euros per person and choose to visit either Stoeterij Molenwaard or Melkveehouderij Bons with the train.
Stoeterij Molenwaard
Immerse yourself in the world of horses and ponies at Stoeterij Molenwaard. At our stud farm, you can learn all about our Flemish and Frisian horses, take a tour of the stables, enjoy a demonstration, and even participate in a hobbyhorse race for the little ones! A unique adventure for all horse lovers!
Diary Bons
The Bons family are the neighbors of Family Resort Molenwaard. In their 5-star hotel, you'll find real world champion cows. During your visit to Melkveehouderij Bons, the farmer or his wife will take you through the 5-star hotel and show you how the cows are trained to become world champions. You'll see how the cows are milked and get to taste fresh milk! At the end of the tour, everyone gets to take a photo with one of the world champions. A unique experience!
After your visit, the train will take you back to the Dorpsstraat, and you can continue your vacation with another beautiful memory. The Farm Safari lets you experience the charm of the countryside and offers a true farm experience.
