The Luxurious Welness Farmhouse offers a spacious living area with a large dining table for 14 people and a comfortable lounge set with a television. The large kitched is equipped with a Boretti stove, featuring four induction cooktops, two ovens, a fridge-freezer combination, a dishwasher and a Nespresso machine.

On the ground floor, there are four bedrooms: 

• Bedroom 1: One double bed with a large built-in wardrobe;
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds and an open wardrobe;
• Slaapkamer 3: One bunk bed and a wooden cot;
• Slaapkamer 4: One bunk bed and a wooden cot.

On the first floor, you'll find three more bedrooms with the following layout:

• Bedroon 1: One double bed with a built-in wardrobe;
• Slaapkamer 2: Two single beds with a built-in wardrobe;
• Slaapkamer 3: Two single beds with a built-in wardrobe.

All beds offer extra luxury and comfort with Swiss Sense beds and matresses. Additionally, all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.  Prefer to leave the windows open at night? That's no problem at all. All the windows in the house are fitted with Luxaflex sceens, so you don't have to worry about mosquitoes in the (bed)rooms.

The Luxe Wellness Farmhouse features three bathrooms, two on the ground floor and one on the first floor. All bathrooms are equipped with a shower and washbasin. One of the bathrooms on the ground floor offers direct access to the sauna, jacuzzi, and garden. In addition to the toilets in the bathrooms upstairs and downstairs, there is a separate toilet on the ground floor.

You can fully enjoy the garden through the patio doors from the living room. The garden includes a private swing and play set, a hot tub with a bubble function, a lounge set, a dining table, and an outdoor kitchen with a gas BBQ. Everything is designed to ensure you enjoy and relax with your group of friends or family. The garden is fully fenced, so children can play freely. It also offers a view of the polder and has a sunshade on the sun-facing side of the house.
